It is likely that the Fertile Soil at the Temple of Melandru is connected to the collection, looking at the flavour text of the collection achievement: Hidden Garden JP in Mount Maelstrom -> ( (landmark)) -> Dierdre's Orchard. For the third backpack collection, Sprouting the Druid Stone, you need to interact with a patch of Fertile Soil in Draconis Mons.
